This Refund Policy explains the payment, cancellation and refund terms for DTH LMS Video Encryption software, LMS setup, white-label app development, video encryption services and related digital solutions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to DTH LMS Video Encryption. This Refund Policy applies to all software products, digital services and technology solutions offered through our website, including but not limited to video encryption software, LMS software, online class software, white-label mobile applications, pendrive class software, offline video access, payment gateway integration, live class software, website development and related support services.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

2. Money Once Paid Will Not Be Refunded

Payments made to DTH LMS Video Encryption are generally non-refundable. Since our services involve consultation, software configuration, technical setup, licensing, customization, deployment, resource allocation, server configuration, app setup, encryption work and support planning, any amount paid is treated as final.

Once payment is received and the work process has started, the amount will not be refunded under normal circumstances.

Important: Demo, consultation and scope confirmation should be completed before making payment.

3. Setup, Customization and Service-Based Work

Many of our services are customized according to the client’s requirements. This may include branding, app configuration, LMS panel setup, course structure planning, encryption workflow setup, domain/server configuration, payment gateway coordination, technical integration and testing.

Because these activities require time, manpower and technical resources, setup charges, customization charges, development charges, integration charges and service charges are non-refundable once the work has started.

4. Digital Products and Software Access

Refunds are not applicable for digital products, software access, license activation, encrypted content processing, LMS access, app panel access, admin panel setup, video player access, offline player access or any downloadable/digital service once access has been provided or activation has started.

Digital software and service access cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product. Therefore, clients are requested to verify features, scope and requirements before purchasing.

5. Third-Party Charges

Any third-party expenses such as domain charges, hosting charges, server charges, SSL certificates, SMS/WhatsApp API charges, payment gateway charges, app store charges, plugin charges, third-party software charges or cloud infrastructure costs are strictly non-refundable.

These charges are controlled by third-party providers and are not refundable once paid or activated.

6. Cancellation Policy

A cancellation request may be considered only if the request is made before any work has started and before any setup, activation, consultation, development, customization or resource allocation has begun.

DTH LMS Video Encryption reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation request based on the project status, service type and work already completed.

7. Possible Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where DTH LMS Video Encryption is unable to provide the agreed service due to a technical or operational reason from our side. Any such refund approval will be solely at the discretion of the company.

No refund will be provided in cases where the client changes their mind, delays required information, fails to provide required documents/content, does not use the service after activation, or expects features outside the agreed scope.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for clearly sharing their requirements before payment. This includes feature expectations, platform requirements, content delivery model, student access rules, branding details, domain/server details and any other required information.

Delay in sharing information, content, approvals, credentials or required documents may delay the project timeline, but it will not make the payment refundable.

9. Chargeback and Dispute

If a client raises a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving consultation, setup, software access, development work or digital service access, DTH LMS Video Encryption reserves the right to suspend the service, restrict access and submit work records, communication records and service proof to the payment provider.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

DTH LMS Video Encryption may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after policy updates means you accept the updated terms.
